(posted September 14, 2020)

Enterprise architecture roadmaps describe the steps involved with transforming the enterprise and how change will be implemented across systems and business units. They can be used for small, single application changes to major enterprise initiatives. In this first lesson of a four lesson series, Mark Richards describes the purpose and structure of architecture roadmaps, how they are used, and then describes the three models that make up an enterprise architecture roadmaps.
