In lesson 50 Mark Richards described the Model-Driven approach to enterprise architecture. In this lesson Mark contrasts that approach with another traditional approach to EA, the Initiative-Driven approach. Mark also discusses the advantages and disadvantages of this traditional approach and how TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) is used with this traditional approach to EA.
