Lesson 26 - Agile Architecture Review Boards

Most companies have architecture review boards - groups of architects and stakeholders that approve solutions, set and determine standards, approve standard variances, and provide guidance and recommendations. Unfortunately, most architecture review boards become an impediment to solutions rather than part of the agile solution process. In this lesson Mark Richards discusses some tips and techniques for eliminating bottlenecks and creating effective, agile architecture review boards.
